Validate the introspection options and bind the endpoint to them.
Called at handler construction so a misconfiguration fails there rather than at the first proxy preflight. Throws when the allowlist is missing or empty: there is no permissive default, because “any authenticated caller” is precisely the configuration that turns this endpoint into an open oracle, so it must not be reachable by omission.
